USEA has reserved a room block at the Ritz-Carlton from Sunday June 26th- Friday July 1st at a rate of $109 per night plus the 13% Louisiana State tax and $2.00 per night occupancy tax.  There will be an additional charge of $25 per day for each additional person over age 18 and/or over two (2) people in a guestroom. The maximum number of people per guest room is three (3).

Reservations can be made online at www.ritzcarlton.com. - The room block is available beginning on June 26 and Ending on June 30.  The individual making the reservations must put in the group code in order to secure the rate of USD 109.00. The codes are as follows

• Reservation for a King Room – input code USEUSEA
• Reservation for a Dbl Room – input code USEUSEH

Reservations can also be made through the reservation department (504-524-1331 or 800-241-3333) and the individual should reference the US China OGIF Room Block.

Please note the following when reserving your room:

*This rate does not include breakfast; however, breakfast will be provided on the morning of June 28th and 29th as part of the forum.

*The hotel must receive your reservation no later than June 17th. Any reservation received after this cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only.

*All reservations must also be guaranteed by a credit card and accompanied by a deposit by June 17th. There will be a section on the registration form for this credit card information and room request. The responsibility for lodging rests with individual delegates, however, by cc’ing jgagnon@usea.org USEA will be able to review the room block and ensure delegates attending have room reservations.

* No-shows will be charged a one night cancellation penalty for the first night and will not be reinstated once cancelled by the hotel
