- Improved meter reading schedules and procedures based on PP&L, Inc. has led to a significant reduction in the percentage of uncollected debts.
- Conversion to western accounting standards and procedures has led to more accurate financial reporting and consequently more interest from outside investors.
- Implementation plan and development of policies and procedures for new Public Relations department.
- Improved project management and procurement procedures have helped in the management of $200 million World Bank Loan to upgrade district heating facilities.

- Assistance in the creation of Crimenergo’s public relations department based on Otter Tail Power’s public relations department.
