  Crimenergo developed its first annual report and has published it for the last two years  

  Assistance in transition to R-3 information system including the conversion to western accounting procedures and financial reporting required in the transition to R-3 accounting software.

  Developed a monthly sales budget, an expense budget, and an investment budget based on Otter Tail Power’s budget structures.

  Assistance in the creation of Crimenergo’s public relations department based on Otter Tail Power’s public relations department.

  Conversion of financial reporting in accordance with international standards.

   Establishment of a sales department to manage electric power sales through the wholesale market and accounts with electric power customers.

   Preparation of Annual Report to be published later this year.  

  Seminars on accounting and financial forecasting conducted by partnership participants for an audience of Lvivoblenergo employees.  

  Seminars on information systems to promote centralized information system as the one used by Otter Tail Power.   

  Restructure Lvivoblenergo’s subdivisions such as Security Department No. 205 and The Lvivoblnergobud (LEB) Division based on Otter Tail Power organizational structure.

Preliminary Result:

   The National Energy Regulatory Commission of Ukraine has developed a set of standards that define the relationship between the utility service provider and the customer including minimum service quality standards.  These standards are being mirrored after similar standards in Ohio.
