“Toward an International Energy
Trade & Development Strategy"
Download Report (Adobe pdf)
In February 2001, the USEA published Toward a National Energy Strategy, the results of a detailed look at U.S. energy policy by a working group representing all sectors of the industry. The report identified key policy issues which USEA members regard as critical to the development of a sound National Energy Strategy.
The purpose of this second report, Toward an International Energy Trade and Development Strategy, is to expand on the findings on international trade and development issues, and the policy recommendations made in Toward a National Energy Strategy. This second report was prepared by the Energy Trade and Development Committee of USEA.
