eCommerce

USEA outsources its paid website registration to Cvent. If you are registering for a paid event as an Invitee, Cvent may request payment information to conclude the transaction as well as your mailing address or other contact information to ensure authentication and proper delivery. Cvent uses industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. Neither USEA nor Cvent sell or rent your personal financial information.

When you engage in an eCommerce transaction on our site using a credit card, your credit card information, including the number and expiration date and your billing addresses, is passed from Cvent onto USEA; only USEA and the registration service provider (Cvent) have access to your credit card information. Your credit card information is stored with each order in the Cvent system just long enough to fully process your transaction. After the transaction has completed, your credit card information is removed from Cvent's system for security reasons.

You can decline to provide credit card information and any other information at our site at anytime. If you should choose to withhold requested information; however, we may not be able to provide you with the full spectrum of our services.
