Southeast Europe Regional Electricity
Transmission Update: 2013

Please join transmission system operators from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Turkey for an overview of the Southeast Europe electric power industry and the current developments of the long running USAID / USEA Southeast Europe Cooperation Initiative Transmission System Planning Project (SECI) Working Group.

The SECI Working Group is a collaborative transmission planning project of the transmission system operators of Southeast Europe that has operated since 2001 with USAID and USEA support. The Working Group has developed and updated a suite of national and regional transmission planning models for Southeast Europe that have come to be recognized by Ministries, regulators, international financial institutions, donors and project developers as the highest quality, most reliable in the region.
