Angela is originally from Chicago and moved to Minnesota with her husband, a Minnesota native, in 2020. She completed her MS in environmental science and master’s degree in public affairs at Indiana University O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and obtained her bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois Chicago.  

Before coming to GPI, Angela’s work focused on organizing and communicating legislative and regulatory issues, with much of her work focusing on the Justice40 Initiative, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the Inflation Reduction Act. Angela enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, hiking, and playing videogames.
