Matthew Q. Gebert

Matt Gebert serves as Senior Program Coordinator with USEA, responsible for the planning and implementation of cooperative programs with the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Agency for International Development.  These include the U.S.-China Oil & Gas Industry Forum, the U.S.-Bangladesh Power Generation Partnership, the Pakistan Power Distribution Project, and public outreach on carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) issues.  He joined USEA in 2006 from the U.S. Telecommunications Training Institute.

Matt holds an MA in Security Policy from George Washington University and a BA in International Relations from American University.  He studied at the International University of Moscow and speaks Russian.
