The United States Energy Association extends its congratulations to Hon. Vicky A. Bailey, who has been honored as the recipient of the esteemed Rosa Parks Trailblazer award for 2023. This award pays homage to the enduring legacy of Rosa Parks and her significant contributions to the civil rights movement in the United States. It serves as a recognition of individuals, like Ms. Bailey, who persistently lead the way in advancing social progress and equality. Congratulations to Ms. Bailey for this well-deserved achievement.
