Biography: 

Beata Bialy serves as Senior Program Coordinator with the United States Energy Association (USEA). In this capacity, she coordinates with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other international donors, stakeholders and organizations to promote regional cooperation in natural gas and electricity transmission system planning in Europe and Eurasia, including: Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey as well as East Africa, including: Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi. 

Fluent in Polish, she obtained her Master’s degree from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland and Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.  Prior to joining USEA, Beata worked in cyber security business development with Knowledge Consulting Group.
