Julia McGillis is a Director within Marsh & McLennan’s (MMC’s) Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) which operates at the corporate level in MMC. She has consulted on topics of risk, value and strategy for the past 20 years and works to tackle our clients most complex business challenges by taking a cross operating company (Marsh, Mercer, Guy Carpenter & Oliver Wyman) perspective to solutions.

In her current role, Julia leads MMC’s global cross Operating Company efforts in Digital, Technology and Innovation, with a significant focus on delivering solutions to support clients in cyber, blockchain, visual intelligence, platform development and the sharing economy sector.

Previously, Julia worked with Oliver Wyman, Yahoo Inc. (US), RBC Dominion Securities (Canada) and Rudolf Wolff & Co. (UK).

Julia received a Bachelor’s of Commerce (honors) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
