He has over thirty years of experience working in the Pennsylvania oil and gas industry.  Ray Schmaus began his title abstracting career working on coal titles around the Armstrong County area.  Mr. Schmaus has worked on 1,000 mineral titles including coal, oil and gas, limestone, and timber.
