Biography: 

Sarah Thorne serves as a Senior Program Coordinator for USEA's Energy Utility Partnership Program, which promotes best practices, regulatory reform and private sector solutions to solving energy problems in developing countries.  She is responsible for the planning and implementation of partnership activities in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States, including training programs, workshops, conferences, and executive exchanges. 

 

Sarah holds a MA in International Security from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies, and a BA from New York University. Prior to joining USEA in January 2015, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kyrgyzstan and in the Philippines.
