In January, Maria Korsnick, the Nuclear Energy Institute’s chief operating officer will become its president and CEO. NEI is a member of USEA and represents the commercial nuclear industry across 17 countries.
Korsnick has worked for NEI since May 2015. Before that, she worked for Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, a joint project between Exelon and Electricite de France.
NEI’s current leader, Marvin Fertel, plans to retire at the end of the year.
